We bring safe, effective, and personalized one-on-one exercise services directly to your home or senior living community, so you can focus on what matters most: your health and quality of life.

In-Home Assessment

We start with a personalized in-home consultation to ensure our services align with your needs and those of your family. During this visit, we’ll explore your goals, discuss expectations, and understand your preferences to develop a tailored plan for moving forward.

Comprehensive Assessment

After the initial consultation, we perform a comprehensive assessment, including strength, balance, flexibility, mobility, and functional movement evaluations, as well as consideration of psychological and lifestyle factors. These insights allow us to design a personalized exercise program tailored to your goals.

Designing Your Program

Once the assessment is complete, our Wellness Specialists create a personalized care plan and exercise program tailored to your goals and abilities. Together with you and your family, we establish a convenient schedule for one-on-one sessions in your home or community setting. Many clients choose to work with a Wellness Specialist two to three times per week to maximize results and maintain consistent progress.
